We want you to be prepared for your surgery. Our freestanding facility, Carolina Surgical Center, provides a convenient, cost-effective outpatient surgery location for our patients.
Our dedicated team of physicians, registered nurses and support staff is well equipped for a high level of care in both general and specialized surgeries.
Before your procedure, at an on-site interview you’ll receive all of the information you need about your surgery, and you’ll be able to voice any questions or concerns.
Please bring the following information when you come for your pre-operative interview:
- Any paperwork from your doctor
- Medical history information
- List of allergies and current medications
- Copy of insurance card
- Medicare or Medicaid card
- Social Security Number
